Great points on distraction. You are right - it&#039;s amazing how we live and work by spending most of our time on the things that are just right in front of our noses!

It makes me think that many of us are actually addicted to the &quot;numbing high&quot; of bouncing between all these different distractions. I realize that often I seek the distraction to avoid the hard work of truly focused thinking.
