Prior to founding Success and Leadership Dynamics, Joan was a member of the Corporate Marketing Management Committee at 3M, where she held international leadership and management positions for 26 years. In these positions, her responsibility included the following areas:
Her international responsibility included a two-year assignment in Europe, where she lived in Paris, France and maintained offices both in Paris and in Brussels, Belgium. While in Europe, she traveled 80% of the time to 14 European countries to enhance 3M's marketing and sales productivity and quality in those countries. Joan holds a BA degree in Business Management and an MBA in Management. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a past-president of the Phoenix chapter of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association. She has spoken and consulted to businesses and professionals throughout the United States, Europe, Canada and Asia. Joan is the author/co-author of six books on success and leadership.
